This workshop is open to our Teacher Training students and the general public - please join us!

We offer classes and via our sister studio, Yoga University, we offer workshops and 20-hour, 40-hour, 270 hour, 615 hour, 850 hour, 1100 hour, & 1500 hour Yoga Alliance registered Vinyasa, Hot, Hatha, Therapeutically Oriented Yoga, Yin, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Programs. Our 3500 sqare foot studio is conveniently located NW of I-4 and SR 436 in the Village Shoppes next to the IDC & The Crepevine. Altamonte Springs, Florida is located in Central Florida and is a suburb of Orlando, Florida.
All mat yoga classes are $5 (DOES NOT INCLUDE PADDLEBOARD, AERIAL OR KIDS YOGA)
