We offer classes, workshops and 5 Day, 270 hour, 615 hour, 750 hour, 1100 hour, & 1500 hour Yoga Alliance registered Vinyasa, Hot, Hatha, Yoga Therapy, Prenatal and Youth Yoga Teacher Training Programs. Our 3500 sqare foot studio is conveniently located NW of I-4 and SR 436 in the Village Shoppes next to First Watch & TGI Fridays. Altamonte Springs, Florida is located in Central Florida and is a suburb of Orlando, Florida.
