Rob Hefele RYT
Rob Hefele R.Y.T
Rob originally explored yoga purely for the physical benefits. As an
avid surfer, he enjoyed the increased balance and flexibility, also
connecting with the subtle, non-physical changes he experienced. Mental
clarity, stress reduction, and compassion slowly began to surface. After
deepening his practice for several years, Rob's decision to share yoga
with others compelled him to leave a career in sales and instruct
full-time.
Rob has studied with many of the world's most highly respected
teachers and attended numerous conferences and workshops and has his
200-hour Yoga Alliance certification. His teaching style has been
described as dynamic, inspirational, informative, and accessible to
students of all levels, whether it's Powerful Vinyasa Flow, Mellow
Hatha, Yin Yoga or a blend.
Currently, Rob enjoys traveling to teach workshops on yin yoga, arm
balancing and many other aspects of yoga. Regardless of the setting,
Rob encourages every student to progress safely at their own pace.
Rob is a Manduka® Yoga Mats Ambassador; he teaches Happy Hour Yoga Fridays at 5:30p.

Beth Stone CYT
Beth Stone started practicing yoga intermittently as a teenager as a great compliment to her ballet, modern and jazz dancing. She appreciated the benefits yoga provided to her as a teenager, but realized more of the benefits when she came back to yoga as an adult. Beth feels that her regular yoga practice has woven its way into her life and makes everything in her life a little more magical: she notices the world and people around her much more and feels vibrancy with each breath she inhales.
Beth loves to experience both the deep "inner lifetime work" of practicing, along with the therapeutic and revitalizing physical benefits she feels in her body. It is her desire to share her love of yoga and life and her experience of coming to stand in the present moment with others.
Beth completed her 200 hour Teacher Training through White Lotus Foundation in 1997 and her Yogafit 200 hour Teacher Training in 2009. In 2010, Beth completed Mark White's 200 hour Teacher Certification Program, which is inspired by Baron Baptiste's Power Vinyasa Flow. Beth has also attended trainings with numerous other instructors around the United States, but always maintains in the words of the Buddha … that "Beginners Mind".
Look for Beth on the class schedule.

If we truly want to be happy we must go
within! This is one of the many things that yoga has taught me. In 1999 I
started practicing yoga and in many ways it saved my life - Because of
this I decided to share the gift of yoga with as many people as
possible. I had to follow my heart and perhaps a road less traveled.
In
2004, after 15 years in the weight loss industry, I left my job and
traveled to Los Angeles for an intense nine week Instructional Training
course at Bikrams Yoga College of India. This was just the beginning of
my journey.
Since then I have trained with several other teachers such
as David Swenson, Cameron Shayne, Shiva Rae, Ana Forrest, Desiree
Rumbaugh, Duncan Wong and many others.
After 700 Instructional
Training hours and thousands of hours of practice, I am still surprised
by how much I can learn from my teachers as well as my students.
I am grateful to all those who bring such light into my life and it is always an honor to teach something as powerful as yoga.
A special thanks to my teacher Tony Nenov for inspiring me to share the Light!
Missy teaches Warm Power Flow Mondays and Wednesdays at 10a.
