CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
VINYASA YOGA
HAPPY HOUR YOGA This flowing yoga class
is the perfect way to close out your work week. It begins with
standing postures, finding balance and slowly building heat as we flow
from pose to pose. Transitioning to the floor and continuing to
challenge ourselves, strengthening the core. Then the twisting, bending
and folding of the seated poses wrings out any remaining toxins and
tensions. Finally, inverting the body sends rich oxygenated blood to the
brain, and prepares us for the nectar that awaits in savasana. Class
time 1 hour Level - All Levels
Happy Hour Yoga is a favorite among Central Florida yogis and is in it's 3rd Year.
HOT FLOW YOGA (approx. 90-95 degrees) Hot Flow is an invigorating Flow Class that stretches the body, mind, and spirit while and toning the muscles, increasing range of motion of the joints, and de-bloating the body by releasing toxins through breathing and sweating. Hot Flow combines the therapeutic
benefits of heat, movement, breath, and energy alignment into each session.
When we mindfully practice yoga, our nervous system relaxes, our mind slows down,
our muscles become supple, and our breath deepens; this blissful
combination rejuvenates our musculoskeletal system and leaves students
feeling light, peaceful, tranquil, and relaxed. Level - 2/3 (Intermediate, Advanced & Beginner)
KARMA YOGA is a mixed level $5 yoga class. Karma Yoga (selfless service) is an offering to our community and is taught by some of our current and recent graduates from Yoga Teacher Training and the director of Yoga Teacher Training (MyLinda). Level - All Levels
WARM POWER FLOW combines the best of what you love - pure power yoga in a warm room (85-90 degrees)! In this class, the postures are more challenging and designed for the Intermediate to Advanced Student. Strengthen, awaken, and enlighten. Level - 2/3 (Intermediate, Advanced & Beginner)
WARM & SLOW VINYASA FLOW is a slow Flow class that combines the therapeutic benefits of heat, slow movement, breath, and energy alignment in a warm room. When we take our time, our nervous system relaxes, our mind slows down, our muscles become supple, and our breath deepens. This blissful combination leaves students feeling peaceful, tranquil, and relaxed. Level - All Levels
HOT YOGA
HOT ALIGNMENT YOGA (approx. 95-100 degrees) consists of therapeutically sequenced
Hatha Yoga postures, held for 30 seconds to 1 minute, practiced in a heated room. It is an appropriate
class for newcomers as well as more experienced yogis. Instructors vary the sequences for therapeutic emphasis (hip openers, hamstrings openers, etc.).
Hot Alignment
Yoga has very few (if any) Chatarangas (Reverse Push ups) or Adho Mukha
Svanasana (Down Dogs) making the practice beneficial for students with
shoulder issues. Athletes love the detailing of postures, the healing
benefits of the sequences, and the heat of Hot Alignment Yoga®.
Hot Alignment Yoga is a therapeutic, heated, intuitive, alignment-based, Hatha Yoga Class utilizing long holds, breath work and spirituality.Level - 1/2* (Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced; *perfect
for students with injuries, students and athletes looking to prevent
injuries and/or students with structural issues)

DETOX HOT FLOW YOGA (approx. 90-95 degrees) Along with the benefits of Hot Flow, the poses in Detox Hot Flow are sequenced to firm up, de-bloat, reset the metabolism
and cleanse the inner body. Benefits of this practice: burns calories,
reduces water weight, tones thighs, buttocks, abdominals and arms. Releases
lower back and shoulders, inverts and oxygenates the body for optimal
detoxifying, supports stress release, and builds lean muscle for a higher
metabolism. Level - 2/3 (Intermediate, Advanced & Beginner)

HATHA YOGA
BEGINNER YOGA - Beginners level classes help you cultivate power in your legs and core, help you open up areas
of tightness such as hips and shoulders, and introduce you to
Sun Salutations. You'll connect with your breath, your spirit and
other people who think it's fun to stretch. Beginner Yoga is great
for you if: you are a beginner, are recovering from an injury, just

BRAND NEW TO YOGA BEGINNER SERIES - A three-week series designed to teach complete
beginners what yoga is, how it works and how yoga can be applied in our daily lives. We also introduce: the basics of Yoga, yoga poses, alignment, breathing, and relaxation techniques.
BEGINNER YOGA SERIES - A three-week series designed to take beginners to the next level of Yoga. We expand on the fundamentals of poses, alignment,
and breathing, as well as the practice of basic stretches, balancing
poses, strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques.
HATHA YOGA - Classical Poses combined with breath work and meditation
HATHA YOGA I - This class is designed to take students
to the next level in their yoga
practice while still being open for the beginner to feel comfortable.
The emphasis is on
building endurance and introducing Intermediate poses. Alignment
principles
are further refined as we move into more forward folding, back bending,
revolved and twisting poses. Recommended for students who regularly
attend Beginners
classes but wish to transition into Intermediate classes with more
vigorous sequences, arm balances, and inversions. 1 hour 15
