ADVANCED HOT YOGA 3 WEEK SERIES - Take your hot yoga practice to a new level in this empowering hot yoga class! In this class we move through a challenging and invigorating practice and learn how to practice advanced asanas such as fun arm balances, inversions, and variations of splits in a safe and effective way. This practice is designed to take your body, mind and spirit to a whole new level! Note that the practice is done in a heated room and is healing, detoxifying, and calming. The only thing you need is an open mind (and heart), and a willingness to try new things ... oh and a towel and water. Be prepared to sweat!
