Find your balance on beautiful Lake Killarney and experience the thrill of yoga on a stand up paddleboard! ASY's certified and Flogrown guide Emily Ribeiro leads you from the shore to an empowering practice on the water. You'll enjoy 2 hours of cardio, core and yoga cleverly disguised as SSOO MUCH FUN!! Poses are modified for stability and control, and offer new perspectives you just have to see! All levels are encouraged; you don't have to stand up or do acrobatics, just go at your own pace and enjoy the beautiful morning Yogi.
Registration is required as spaces are limited and will sell out. $40 includes a special 2-hour class, board, paddle, gear, PLUS re-connection to nature and our beautiful water!! AND if you are participating in our 30-day yoga challenge this class counts as TWO classes. There are so many reasons to be a YES and give SUP Yoga a try!!
