This class series is sequenced to create pliability in the hips & thighs in order to make the muscles more resilient so they can bounce back after training. This series is especially helpful for ALL athletes to improve strength, flexibility, recovery, stability and a strong mental focus. This series utilizes long floor sequences to stretch hamstrings and musculature of the hip and low back while encouraging healthy joints. Techniques throughout the practice are used to stimulate the lymphatic and immune system and enhance the ability to take a deep breath. This class is practiced in a warm room (85-90 degrees).
