Great for beginners and for those looking to refine their practice, by the end of this class you will learn an entire Acro asana sequence and how to safely practice it with others.
Session 2 – Intermediate Acro Flows – 4pm to 7pm

Building further on the principles of movement in Acro Yoga, washing machines are sequences of Acro poses that start in one place and return to that same position, allowing them to link over and over. They can be some of the most fundamental transitions in Acro, but can also be rather elaborate and challenging. In this session, we will explore a wide range of washing machines, going in-depth into the motions that make them up and tips, tricks, techniques to clean up your technique and make them accessible to all.
