Start your day grounded, clear, and energized.
Set in a gently heated room, this early morning practice weaves together fluid, multi-directional movement to warm the body, support joint mobility, and create ease in motion. We move with intention through standing sequences, take time in transitions, and explore mobility work and longer-held shapes to release deep layers of tension.
Class closes with pranayama to steady the nervous system and leave you calm, focused, and centered.

All levels are welcome. Modifications and variations are offered so you can meet the practice exactly where you are.
